Can I put a logo or emblem on my apparel?

Yes, you can! Since our product page only offers options for Color and Size, please provide your logo details in the "Order Note" box during checkout. Alternatively, you can email your logo file to service@ctribunal.com with your Order ID after placing the order. Please ensure you have the authority to use any copyrighted logos.
Can I replace the team name on the front with a team logo?

Yes, you can. Please specify this request clearly in the "Order Note" section when checking out. For complex designs, we recommend emailing the logo file to service@ctribunal.com immediately after ordering. Our team will assist you with the customization.
Special Note On Blank Customization

If you select "Stitched" or "Print" but do not provide any customization details (Name, Number, Logo) in the Order Note or via email, your order will automatically be processed as a "Blank" version. You will receive a plain product with no names, numbers, or logos.
How do I provide my Name, Number, and Logo?

Our product pages only allow you to select Color and Size. To customize your jersey:
1. Select your desired Color and Size.
2. In the checkout page, locate the "Order Note" (or "Instructions to seller") text box.
3. Clearly type your Name, Number, and Logo requirements there.
4. For logo files, please email them to service@ctribunal.com with your Order ID right after purchase.
Note: We do not have an online chat feature, so the Order Note or email is the only way to send us your custom details.
Ordering & Payment
How can I place an order?

Step 1: Select the product, then choose your Color and Size.
Step 2: Click "Add to Cart".
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your shipping address.
Step 4: IMPORTANT: In the "Order Note" section, write down your Name, Number, and Logo details.
Step 5: Select Credit Card as your payment method and complete the payment.
Step 6: (Optional) Email any logo files to service@ctribunal.com with your Order ID.
What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). We do not support PayPal or other payment gateways at this time.
Shipping & Support
How to track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view order history. If you haven't received your tracking info, please contact us at service@ctribunal.com.
What if there are shipping delays?

International shipping can sometimes be delayed due to customs, weather, or holidays. If your package exceeds the expected delivery time, please email service@ctribunal.com. We may offer a discount code as compensation for significant delays.
Do you have online chat support?

No, we do not currently offer an online chat feature. For the fastest support regarding orders, customization, or quotes, please email us at service@ctribunal.com or leave a detailed message in the Order Note during checkout.
